Congratulations to Van Kampen's municipal research team as well as the following individuals of Van Kampen's municipal research staff who have been honored by being selected for the 1999 All-Star Municipal Analysts Team by SMITH'S Research & Rating Review.
SMITH'S annually polls institutional investors from across the nation to select the industry's best analysts. For the second year in a row, Van Kampen earned the highest team honors among all buyside and mutual fund firms based on the total number of votes cast for all Van Kampen analysts.
