Morgan Stanley's investment banking division was praised for its balanced strength in three key areas: equity underwriting, debt underwriting, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Euromoney writes that "though its competitors may have particular strengths in one of the three [areas]Â…none has Morgan Stanley's consistent strength across the board."
