Global Finance magazine named Morgan Stanley as the Best Investment Bank in the Financial Institutions and Media & Entertainment sectors. The results will appear in the September issue.

After receiving input from industry experts, the Global Finance editors used a series of criteria in assessing the world's best investment banks, including market share, number and size of deals, customer service and advice, structuring capabilities, distribution network, efforts to address market conditions, innovation, pricing and after-market performance of underwritings.
