Reuters surveyed the research capabilities of prominent financial institutions. Morgan Stanley performed well against its competitors.
Fund managers ranked Morgan Stanley number one in Overall Broker Research, and Morgan Stanley also ranked first in quality of research product and service in the after-market.
Eighty-eight Morgan Stanley analysts made the surveys Top Twenty Analysts by Sector lists, and analysts Jennifer Pokrzywinski and Steve Girsky were among the fund managers overall top 20 analysts. Mary Meeker, Colette Fleming, Michael Blumstein, and Charles Phillips were all among the overall top 20 analysts as ranked by Corporations.
