Nikkei Financial Daily's Ninth Annual Financial Analyst Poll

Nikkei's November 1997 annual survey of Japanese stock fund managers ranked 210 analysts. For the second year in a row, Morgan Stanley's Takatoshi Yamamoto was rated the best overall corporate analyst.

 
Nikkei's November 1997 annual survey of Japanese stock fund managers ranked 210 analysts. For the second year in a row, Morgan Stanley's Takatoshi Yamamoto was rated the best overall corporate analyst. Yamamoto scored 482 points, or 154 points more than his the runner-up. Respondents to the Nikkei Survey mentioned his industry and company analysis, long-term forecasts and technical knowledge as Yamamoto’s strengths.
