- Runner-up Best International Equity Underwriter
- Runner-up Best Global Investment Bank
- Runner-up Best MTN House
- Best M&A Advisor (third consecutive year)
In its July 1997 issue, Euromoney praised the breadth of our geographical coverage, as well as the fact that we had the largest volume of business in 1997 (we were involved in seven of the ten largest mergers, seven of the ten largest defense situations, and six of the ten largest demergers).
