Pillar 3 disclosures required by the United Kingdom Regulators

Annual public Pillar 3 qualitative and quantitative disclosures are required by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and Prudential Regulation Authority ("PRA") prudential sourcebook rules for Banks, Building Societies and Investment Firms ("BIPRU") until 2013, and from 2014, required by the European Union via the Capital Requirements Directive ("CRD") and the Capital Requirements Regulation ("CRR"), collectively known as "CRDIV".

The FCA and PRA are organisations responsible for regulating financial services in the United Kingdom ("UK").
